Kurt and Andrea are joined in the studio by a very special guest, Mr Andrew Ives M.B. Ch.B, FRACS (Plast.Recon.Surgery.).
Mr. Andrew Ives is a highly skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon with extensive experience.
He was publicly appointed to the State Adult Burns Unit at The Alfred Hospital as well as taking up an appointment as a Visiting Medical Officer in the plastic surgical unit at The Northern Hospital.
He is passionate about the positive changes that plastic surgery can make to a person’s life.
Kurt and Andrea discuss with Andrew all things Female-to-Male top surgery, and intersex top surgery also known as “gynaecomastia” or “male breast reduction”.
Andrew talks a little about the types of surgery that he performs, from Male-to-Female bottom surgeries, Female-to-Male top surgeries, intersex breast reduction surgeries and Facial Feminization Surgeries (FFS). And his extensive experience he has with transgender and Gender Non-Conforming (GNC) surgeries in general.
